although he has mentioned it before, i believe i have yet to actively write about my contributions to thepassingstatic, a music blog written by my friend michael/miguel/whatever-he-introduces-himself-to-you-as. fairly frequently, my photos accompany his musical selections so, if you like my photos & you like good music, i’d say reading his blog is an obvious choice. just yesterday he released his first remix (which i learned is “bootleg” because he just took it from the original song without permission, not because i had received an early rendition). it is of okkervil river’s “for real” and it is pretty stellar. check it out.
